ADMISSION RULES & REGULATIONS

Academic Year 2027–28

Poornaprajna Education Centre, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, welcomes applications from parents/guardians seeking admission for their wards. Admissions are subject to the availability of seats, prescribed eligibility criteria, and the rules and regulations of the School.

1. General Admission Guidelines

1. Admission is subject to the availability of seats in the respective class and fulfilment of the prescribed eligibility criteria.
2. Submission of an application form does not constitute a guarantee of admission.
3. The School reserves the right to accept or reject an application based on the applicable admission criteria and availability of seats.
4. Admission shall be considered complete only after all prescribed admission formalities and fee payment have been completed.
5. The decision of the School regarding admission shall be final.

2. Age Eligibility

1. The applicant must fulfil the age criteria prescribed by the School for the respective class.
2. The date of birth entered in the application form must exactly match the supporting official document.
3. For Balvatika 1 (Nursery), the date of birth must be supported by a valid Birth Certificate.
4. For higher classes, the applicant must fulfil the prescribed age and academic eligibility requirements.
5. Applications that do not satisfy the prescribed eligibility criteria may not be considered.

Age Criteria for Academic Year 2027–28

Balvatika 2 (LKG)	01 June 2022 – 31 May 2023
Balvatika 3 (UKG)	01 June 2021 – 31 May 2022
Class 1	01 June 2020 – 31 May 2021

The eligibility criteria for subsequent classes shall be applicable as per the School’s prescribed norms.

3. Application Form

1. Parents/Guardians must carefully read all instructions before filling in the application form.
2. All information must be entered accurately, completely, and truthfully.
3. The details provided in the application form must correspond with the relevant supporting documents.
4. Incomplete applications or applications containing incorrect, misleading, or false information may be rejected.
5. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information submitted.
6. Once submitted, the application should not be altered unless specifically permitted by the School.

4. Documents Required

Parents/Guardians may be required to submit the following documents, as applicable:

• Birth Certificate
• Aadhaar Card
• Previous School Report Card/Academic Record
• Transfer Certificate, wherever applicable
• Passport-size photographs
• Address/Residence Proof, wherever applicable
• Category/Disability certificates, wherever applicable
• Any other document prescribed by the School

All documents submitted must be genuine, valid, clear, and legible.

5. Photograph & Document Upload

1. Uploaded photographs must be recent, clear, and clearly visible.
2. The photograph may be used for the student’s School Identity Card and other official School purposes.
3. Scanned copies or photographs of supporting documents must be clearly readable.
4. Parents/Guardians are advised to verify all uploaded documents before submitting the application.

6. Verification of Information

1. The School reserves the right to verify the information and documents submitted by the applicant.
2. If any discrepancy, misrepresentation, or submission of false information is identified at any stage, the application/admission may be cancelled.
3. The School may request additional documents or clarification wherever necessary.

7. Communication with Parents/Guardians

1. All admission-related communication will be made through the contact details provided in the application form and/or through the School’s official communication channels.
2. Parents/Guardians must ensure that their registered mobile number and email address remain active and accessible.
3. Parents/Guardians are advised to regularly check the School website and official communication channels for admission-related updates.
4. The School shall not be responsible for missed communication arising from incorrect or inactive contact details provided by the applicant.

8. Admission Confirmation

1. Admission will be confirmed only after completion of all prescribed admission formalities.
2. Parents/Guardians must complete the required documentation and fee payment within the stipulated time.
3. Failure to complete the admission formalities within the specified period may result in withdrawal of the admission offer.
4. The School reserves the right to allocate the available seat to another eligible applicant if the prescribed formalities are not completed within the given timeline.

9. Fee Payment

1. Applicable fees shall be paid as per the School’s prescribed fee structure and within the stipulated timelines.
2. Parents/Guardians are advised to retain the fee payment acknowledgement/receipt for their records.
3. Fee-related matters shall be governed by the School’s prevailing fee rules and regulations.

10. Important Note

Parents/Guardians are advised to carefully read the admission instructions and eligibility criteria before submitting the application.

11. Declaration

By submitting the admission application, the Parent/Guardian confirms that:

• The information provided in the application is true, complete, and accurate.
• The documents submitted are genuine and valid.
• The applicant fulfils the prescribed eligibility criteria.
• The Parent/Guardian agrees to abide by the rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the School.
• The Parent/Guardian understands that providing incorrect or false information may result in rejection or cancellation of the application/admission.

The School reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the admission rules, eligibility criteria, schedule, and procedures as and when required. Any such changes will be communicated through the School’s official channels.
